Our Campus: 40-Acre Scenic Setting in East Louisville
At The Forum at Brookside, we are more than just a retirement center. Our park-like campus is situated on 40 acres of rolling, scenic hills with walking trails, a creek, heated indoor pool, gracious dining, coffee shop, a bank, hair salons, a wellness clinic and a library.
Everything revolves around the Pavilion Building, our Clubhouse, where you’ll find formal dining, a Bistro coffee shop, a library, hair salons, an exercise room, and our heated pool. Between our five apartment buildings are connecting lobbies and corridors with mailboxes.
Along with our patio homes and mid-rise apartments, we also have a licensed clinic and home health agency on site.
Our Homes: Choices of apartments or villa garden homes for retirement living
You can choose from a studio-, one- or two-bedroom apartment, all with full kitchens (dishwashers, disposals, full size stoves, refrigerators with ice makers). Or, you may want to live in one of our villa patio homes, which range from one-bedroom/den up to two bedroom/den with a separate dining room. All have full kitchens, as well. Most villas also have either a carport or enclosed garage. All residences have a Lifeline remote emergency call system.
Pets are welcome in your home at The Forum at Brookside!
